EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY FLOWS FROM DYNAVIS®
Results consistently up to 5–15% more tons per liter and up to 5–15% more tons per hour
Starting cold or running hot, DYNAVIS® formulated hydraulic fluids optimize performance.
Since DYNAVIS® formulated hydraulic fluids are designed to provide lower viscosity at start-up, less power is required than with conventional fluids.
At high temperatures, conventional hydraulic fluids can escape the “push” of the pump vanes, or pistons, and recirculate rather than be pumped out. This internal leakage leads to a destructive spiral of increasing fluid temperature and poor pump efficiency.
LONGER LIFE FOR VITAL COMPONENTS
Fuel efficiency, productivity, durability
Hydraulic fluids that are too cold or too hot can steal years of service life from expensive hydraulic components. In cold temperatures, where fluid viscosity can be extremely high*, a lack of lubrication can be especially damaging to the hydraulic pump. Similarly, in very hot temperatures, where viscosity values can be quite low**, hydraulic hoses are quite vulnerable to hardening and then eventually cracking or breaking.
DYNAVIS® formulated hydraulic fluids address all of these concerns regarding temperature’s impact on hydraulic components.
* viscosity in the range of 1,000 to 5,000 mm2/s
** viscosity in the range of 1 to 5 mm2/s
BROAD APPLICABILITY – A VERSATILE OIL
• Hydraulic oil remains fluid during the coldest days
• No need to change hydraulic fluid for winter/summer operation
• Reduced maintenance down-time resulting in increased productivity
• Faster startup in winter with no need to heat hydraulic fluid
• Broader TOW reduces failures due to too high or too low viscosity
HOW TO PROFIT FROM DYNAVIS®
• Gain more power – increase productivity
• On the job savings – do a job faster
• Earn more contracts with city, state, federal contracts with reduced CO2 emission compliance
• Increase return on investment with extended equipment life
